Platinum Program

This program is sport-specific and geared towards professional and high-intensity athletes.

A minimum of 3 sessions is required to assess current performance in these focus areas: 

Biomechanics (more information)

Strength

Efficiency

Flexibility

A minimum of 10 sessions is recommended to develop a comprehensive personalized program around one of the following areas: 

Speed/Accuracy

Nutrition

Target weight (loss or gain)

Injury repair/prevention

Tuition is $150 per hourlong session. [A training-mate with matching sport-specific goals may also be invited to participate by the client.]

Gold program

This program is designed for those working toward a specific event or a short to medium-term goal. Personalized, high-performance training with a focus on one of the following:

Biomechanics (more information)

Weightlifting

Strength training

Stretching

Injury prevention

Tuition is $100 per hour-long session for one client.

Silver program

Wether you want to join an existing group or start your own private group with friends, family or colleagues (Min 3 people, Max 7 people - contact Nate directly for private groups) this model maximizes the benefits of group learning. Focuses on varied areas, including but not limited to:

Injury prevention

Weightlifting

Speed/efficiency

Tuition is  $75 per person, per hour-long session.
